What does the Scout Data property data API return?

One call resolves an address to a parcel and returns the full record: roof age, permit history, storm exposure, ownership, and verified owner phone and email — the same graph of 160M+ homes that powers Scout and List Builder, refreshed daily.

How do I identify a property in a request?

A POST /v1/lookup request names the property in exactly one of three ways — an address (a string, or a street/city/state/zip object), a property ID, or coordinates — and lists the data products you want, or the single entry "everything".

Can I subscribe to events instead of polling?

Yes. The signal stream delivers hail, permit, move, and ownership events as they land, scoped to a geography or to your own property list, pushed to you or polled — your call.

How do I get API access?
