Industries·Solar
Solar teams, dialing homes that can still say yes.
No panels, checked from the air. Permits cross-checked so nobody who already bought someone else’s system is sitting in your dialer.

The signal stack
What we read to find this buyer.
Panels, from the air
Counted, not guessed. An array that exists but was never permitted still shows up, which is how a “no solar” list quietly fills with people who already bought.
Permits, refreshed daily
Every solar permit pulled in your area. It tells us who just installed, and it tells us what a house that buys looks like so we can go find the ones that look like it.
Roof age and wear
A roof due for replacement is a solar no for two years. We would rather your agents skip it than burn a call finding out.
Sun and bill band
Exposure on the roof plane and the usage band the home sits in, so the pitch has a number in it.
Who you’d never call
Taken out before the file ships.
Finding the right homes is half the work. The other half is the homes we remove — the part a list vendor skips because nobody counts the calls that should never have happened.
Anyone who already has panelsPermit and imagery both checked, because either one alone misses people. On the last file we measured, 1.09% of calls reached someone who already had solar.RentersOwner-occupied single-family only, so nobody gets disqualified thirty seconds into the call.Anyone on the DNC listScreened against the federal registry before the file leaves us, and suppressed against everything we have already sent you.
