Refund Policy

The deal
ScoutStack is a subscription service. You pay in advance — monthly or annually, depending on your plan — and your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
Trials
Free trials are unbilled. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and the first payment is charged immediately. No surprise charges, but also no retroactive refunds for forgetting to cancel.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from account settings or by emailing support@scoutstack.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. We don’t pro-rate refunds for unused days in a billing period.
When we do refund
We’ll refund a payment if:
- You were double-charged or charged after cancelling — we’ll refund the duplicate or post-cancellation amount, full stop.
- A material outage or defect prevented you from using the service for an extended portion of the billing period — we’ll refund a fair share at our discretion.
- Local consumer-protection law entitles you to a refund — we’ll honor it.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, email us first — we’ll resolve legitimate issues quickly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first is a breach of our Terms of Service and will result in immediate suspension of service. Disputed amounts already paid will not be refunded.
How to request a refund
Email support@scoutstack.ai with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We respond within two business days.
